Field Of Membership
Any person or business, who meets any of the requirements below, is eligible for membership in St. Paul Federal Credit Union.
1. Members of Local Union No. 110 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers in St. Paul, Minnesota who qualify for membership in accordance with its constitution and bylaws as of the date of this charter;
2. Employees of the above named Local Union No. 110;
3. Members of Local Union No. 949 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers in Burnsville, Minnesota who qualify for membership in accordance with its constitution and bylaws in effect April 24, 1991 (08-27-03);
4. Employees of the above named Local Union No. 949 (08-27-03);
5. Federal employees who live in, work in, or are directly supervised from St. Paul, Minnesota except employees of Federal offices and agencies where separate employee credit unions exist;
6. Employees of the Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service (ASCS) who work in the State of Minnesota now referred to Farm Service Agency;
7. Employees of the following entities who work in Minneapolis, Minnesota:

8. Persons who live, work, worship or attend school in, and businesses and other legal entities located in the underserved area consisting of the city of St. Paul, Minnesota (10-15-04);
9. Persons who live, work, worship, or attend school in and businesses and other legal entities located in the Twin Cities Underserved Area in Minneapolis-St. Paul as defined below: Refer to Geographic Map
10. Employees of this credit union;
11. Members of this credit union who are retired as annuitants from the above employment and retain their membership with the credit union; Persons retired as pensioners from the above employment;
12. Spouses of persons who have died within the field of membership of this credit union;
13. Members of the immediate families of persons qualifying for membership. Immediate family eligibility is limited to spouse, child, sibling, parent, grandparent or grandchild. For the purposes of this definition, immediate family member included stepparents, stepchildren, stepsiblings and adoptive relationships and those individuals living in the household of an otherwise eligible member maintaining a single economic union; It is not necessary for the potential primary member to join the credit union in order for the immediate family or household member of the potential primary member to join;
14. Organizations of such persons.

16. Voting members of the Philippine Nurses Association of Minnesota in Hugo, MN, who qualify for membership in accordance with its constitution and bylaws in effect November 19,2002 (June 18, 2007);
