Introducing the Secure Web Messenger
Beginning October 3rd, 2011, St. Paul Federal Credit Union will begin communicating through an encrypted E-mail solution when sending potentially sensitive information. We have implemented a new product (St. Paul Federal Secure Web Messenger) to allow us to send and receive e-mail that is encrypted and secure.
This new program will make communication between you and St. Paul Federal easier, and provide the security needed to protect your personal information.
How does this work? When we initiate an encrypted e-mail session you will receive an e-mail with an embedded link. When you click on the link, it will allow you to sign into our Secure Web Messenger portal. Through this website, you can read, respond to or create encrypted e-mail messages to the Credit Union.
